Butterfly English Education was founded in 2021 by an English teacher who profoundly believes that all English teachers should be valued and treated with respect. Our organization prides itself on fostering a familial culture where both teachers and students can thrive.

Our main aim is to help Chinese children speak English naturally. We seek to create a space where children see learning as fun and enjoyable. A space where they are encouraged, rewarded and praised for their progress. A space where learning is exciting!

Founder of Butterfly English Education

Laura a teacher of eight years, who taught in Primary Schools in Shanghai and for online Chinese Platforms founded Butterfly English as she wasn’t satisfied with the treatment of teachers in online ESL platforms. She’s on a mission to make a positive impact on the online education industry for teachers and students.
